Project Manager

Launch new projects, manage multi-functional projects, and develop project plans and workflows. You will collaborate closely with the executive/design team from ideation to completion. You'll also develop communication strategies and manage those plans to represent status reports and next steps for new and existing projects, scheduling issues, budget changes, etc. You will lead kick-off and project review meetings, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and facilitate timely decisions to ensure projects stay on track.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and maintain relationships with internal resources and third parties / vendors for the execution of projects.

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.

  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical, financial, and resource feasibility.

  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.

  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.

  • Report and communicate at the staff and senior leadership level.

  • Manage the relationship with the client.

  • Ability in handling multiple and competing priorities and requests.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or related discipline.

  • 2+ years of in-house or agency experience.

  • Ability to construct and format effective reports and presentations.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.


Junior Designer

Currently looking for a killer Junior Graphic Designer with a minimalist touch and passion for production. This role may include production of print, web and graphic applications such as social media campaigns, retail environment displays, emails, web landing pages, online banners, collateral material, brochures, advertisements, direct mail, corporate identity, and packaging. The Junior Graphic Designer will report directly to and work closely with the Creative Director. If you have a portfolio of work that demonstrates design across print and digital, we want to hear from you! 

 

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and organizational skills are a must.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art, Design, Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related discipline, or the equivalent combination of training and experience. At least one-two years of experience in production or web/graphic design experience (internships included).

  • Proven self-starter with the ability to commit to projects from beginning to completion. Ability to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities is necessary.

  • Experience with Social Media design.

  • Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft Suite.

  • Candidate must be proactive with new ideas and willing to accept constructive feedback.
